Registration

The following items are needed in order to secure a place in one of our classes:

• Enrollment Form
• Health & Immunization Record
• Non-refundable Supply fee of $50 and Deposit of $100.

To register, download and print the Enrollment Form. After you have completed the form, please mail the form along with the above items, to:

Snacks & Lunch

Snacks and drinks will be provided in the morning and afternoon. Please send lunch and a water bottle with your child each day. For the safety of all children, we ask that lunches be nut-free.
